Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after the order or the receipt of partial or full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For handmade and craft creations that more time is needed for preparation, please contact us first. The dispatch time depends on the order quantity and a payment in advanced of at least 50% of the total cost is required.
Packages are delivered via ACS courier located at Kinira 4, Paphos 8010, Cyprus. The package will be delivered in another ACS service point from where the recipient can receive it.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, while the purchase order number is stated clearly.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within 30 days after your return has been processed, using the original method of payment or by providing you a coupon discount equal to your refund. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange of a product with another one cannot be done. You can only ask for refund.
Faulty Items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 15 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible only if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment within 30 days, exactly as the refund policy describes. As previously stated, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments.
